1. Scope and Contracting Party

These service terms apply only when an individual written quotation or contract between Electra Engineering LLC and the client expressly refers to them. The quotation or contract defines the agreed services and project-specific conditions.

2. Project Scope and Deliverables

The written quotation or contract defines the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, assumptions and any agreed acceptance criteria for each assignment. Website descriptions are general information and do not replace that project description.

3. Client Information and Cooperation

The client will provide the project information, documents, access and decisions identified in the quotation or contract, and will promptly identify known restrictions or changes that may affect the work. The parties will agree any resulting scope or schedule changes in writing.

4. Project Schedule

Project milestones and target dates are those stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Any change to the agreed schedule or dependencies will be recorded in writing by the parties.

5. Changes to the Assignment

Additional work or a change to the agreed scope, deliverables, assumptions or schedule requires written agreement, including any effect on fees and timing.

6. Deliverables and Technical Criteria

Deliverable formats, coordinate systems, levels of detail and any project-specific accuracy or acceptance tolerances must be stated in the quotation or contract. Measurement results depend on the agreed survey method, equipment, site conditions and control information; no universal tolerance is implied by a general website description.

7. Project Data and Confidentiality

Project data, confidentiality obligations, permitted use, processing locations and retention arrangements are defined in the applicable project agreement and, where needed, a separate data-processing or confidentiality agreement. The website privacy notice concerns website enquiries and website use.

8. Rights in Materials and Results

The quotation or contract will identify any relevant background materials and the agreed rights to use project deliverables. No transfer or licence beyond the rights expressly agreed for the assignment is stated by this website.

9. Software and File Formats

Software tools, file formats and deliverable versions are agreed for each project. Where agreed, outputs may include PDF, STEP or DWG. Compatibility and downstream use depend on the software environment and requirements stated in the project agreement.

10. Fees and Payment

Fees, currency, invoicing milestones, taxes and payment dates are those set out in the accepted quotation or contract. No default delivery, deposit or interest schedule is imposed by this page.

11. Orgalim Conditions

Orgalim conditions apply only if the quotation or contract identifies the applicable document and edition and expressly incorporates it for a scope within that document’s intended use. The applicable licensed text will be provided as required. Individual written project terms prevail where they specifically address the same matter.

12. Applicable Law and Arbitration

These Terms and any written project contract between Electra Engineering LLC and the client are governed by the substantive law of Georgia.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a project contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with those Rules.

13. Written Agreement

Project-specific written agreements take precedence over these general service terms. Any amendment to an accepted quotation or contract must be agreed in writing by both parties.
