We are an international team of engineers, automation specialists, and planning experts specializing in 3D laser scanning, retrofit projects, and digital plant modernization.
What sets us apart: we operate where others reach their limits — geographically as well as technologically.
Over the past two decades, we have delivered projects across Europe, ranging from highly automated feed mixing plants and pellet production facilities to complex control and automation solutions in industrial plant engineering. Our clients include both medium-sized companies and internationally active corporations.
A distinctive strength is our intercultural competence and hands-on field experience in Eastern European countries, including Latvia, Belarus, Russia, and Georgia. This background enables us to effectively support clients in the Caucasus region and neighboring markets: we understand their language, their requirements, and the specific logic behind industrial decision-making in these environments.

Rooted in practice — grown across Europe
Our story did not begin at a drawing board, but in workshops, control rooms, and on real industrial construction sites.
Since the early 2000s, we have delivered demanding projects in process automation, mechanical engineering, and industrial plant design. From the outset, what defined our work was a combination of deep technical expertise and pragmatic execution.
Between 2008 and 2022, our focus increasingly shifted toward Eastern Europe. Projects in Russia, Belarus, the Baltic states, and Ukraine required not only engineering competence, but also cultural awareness, the ability to improvise, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
This period strongly shaped our way of working and significantly strengthened our network in Eastern markets.
Among others, we worked for the IKEA Group in Latvia (Swedwood International). Additional large-scale projects were carried out in cooperation with GreenPellet, Mercer (formerly HIT Holzindustrie Torgau), and Halingdal Trepellets AS (Norway).
Following geopolitical changes, our regional focus shifted — but our expertise remains fully relevant.
Today, we apply this long-standing experience to deliver modern retrofit projects, digitalization initiatives, and process modernizations in Georgia, the Caucasus region, and neighboring markets.
