From physical reality to digital control — and back again.

We support industrial projects from initial site capture and technical planning to automation and system integration. The scope, deliverables, equipment and site access arrangements are agreed for each project.

3D Laser Scanning & Digital As-Built Capture

  • Capture detail and coverage are agreed for each project and depend on site conditions and equipment.
  • Point clouds, floor plans and 3D models can be delivered where included in the agreed scope.
  • As-built data can support conversion, refurbishment, expansion and retrofit planning.
  • Capture during ongoing operations is arranged only where agreed and safe site access is available.

Tools: Equipment and processing tools are selected for each project and may include FARO scanners, CloudCompare, HiCAD and HELiOS.

Deliverables: The agreed outputs provide a data foundation for planning, modification and documentation.

CAD Engineering & Retrofit Planning

  • 3D design of machines and industrial plants, where included in the agreed scope.
  • Modernization and retrofit planning for existing processes.
  • Plant layouts, building planning and interface definition as specified for the project.
  • Documentation and engineering support; funding application work only where expressly agreed.

Software and formats: Project tools and output formats are agreed for each assignment. They may include HiCAD 3D, HELiOS DMS, DWG/DXF, STEP or PDF.

Project sectors: Experience includes wood processing, recycling, feed milling and special-purpose machinery.

Process Automation & PLC Programming

  • PLC control system design and programming within the agreed project scope.
  • Optimization, extension and migration of existing control systems, subject to compatibility and access.
  • Experience includes Siemens Step5, Step7, TIA Portal and Phoenix PCWorx.
  • Visualization may include WinCC and web or mobile interfaces as specified for the project.

Flexible: new installations, upgrades, or system interfaces
Practical: operator concepts developed directly with the client

IT Infrastructure & Industrial Networking

  • Consulting and implementation of robust industrial IT systems
  • Network design, data backup, firewalls, VPN solutions
  • Integration of existing systems (legacy data, servers, interfaces)
  • Database design, remote maintenance, monitoring

Platforms used in relevant project work: Microsoft, LANCOM, SUSE Linux, Mesonic and AGFEO.

Priority: System stability and security, within the agreed scope.

Visualization & Operator Interfaces

  • Development of custom operator interfaces (HMI / SCADA)
  • Visualization of processes, machines, and workflows
  • Deployment on panel PCs, mobile devices, or web-based platforms

Project delivery: HMI / SCADA resources are assigned according to the agreed scope and project team.

Design approach: Functional, clear and stable interfaces tailored to the intended users.

Additional Services
