Initial Consultation & Analysis

As-Built Capture via 3D Laser Scanning
- Capture existing installations using 3D laser scanning. Project-specific survey scope and acceptance tolerances are agreed in the quotation or contract.
- Point-cloud capture may be possible during ongoing operations, subject to site conditions and safe access.
- Record technical details, interfaces and routing relevant to the agreed project scope.
Technology: Project equipment and processing tools are agreed for each assignment and may include FARO scanners, CloudCompare and pCloud.
Processing location: Where agreed for a project, scanning may take place on site in the EU and point-cloud processing in Georgia. The quotation defines responsibilities, processing locations, data handling and deliverables.
Planning & Engineering
- CAD-based evaluation of point clouds
- Preparation of plans, models and technical drawings to the agreed project requirements
- Development of layouts, collision checks and process concepts within the agreed scope
Software: HiCAD with HELiOS PDM, where agreed for the project.
Outputs: Planning documents and data may include PDF, STEP or DWG, as specified in the quotation or contract.
Automation & Control Systems
- PLC programming, visualization and data integration within the agreed project scope
- Integration of existing control systems or redesign where specified in the quotation or contract
- Hardware planning and interface management as agreed for each project
Delivery: Automation and control engineering is provided by Electra Engineering LLC within the agreed scope.
Tools: Project tools may include Siemens TIA, WinCC, Phoenix Contact systems and project-specific libraries.
Implementation & Commissioning
- Technical support during conversion, retrofit, or new installation
- Training of operating personnel
- Remote support, change management, and system extensions

- Establishment of a project apartment at the client site (mobile office)
